ACER has just announced two new smartphone at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, Acer Liquid mini and Acer beTouch E210. Both of Liquid mini and beTouch E210 based on Android 2.2 Froyo platform with custom Acer UI that offer acces to more than 200,000 apps from the Android Market. There is no information about price tag, but ACER Liquid mini smartphone will be available in April 2011 and Acer beTouch E210 should be ship in UK market from March 11, 2011.

The Liquid Mini Android Smartphone is powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm 7227 chip, 512MB of ROM, 512MB of RAM, 3.2-inch capacitive screen with multi-touch input, 5.0 Megapixel camera, a card a slot for 32GB, battery that provides up to 6.5 hours of talk time, up to 20 hours of stand-by time and supports some video file formats with H.264, XviD, MP4, and WMV. For connectivity, Acer Liquid Mini is equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth EDR v2.1, DLNA connectivity, USB 2.0, GPRS, Edge, and 3G connectivity options.

The beTouch E210 Froyo Smartphone is powered by 416MHz ST Ericsson PNX6715 processor, a 2.6-inch TFT touchscreen display with 240 x 320 pixels resolution, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, physical QWERTY keyboard, 3.2-megapixel camera, FM tuner, G-sensor, a compass, 1300mAh battery and measures 116mm long and weighs at 110g. For connectivity, Acer beTouch E210 is offers Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth EDR v2.1, GPS, a micro-SD card slot, micro-USB port, and supports HSDPA/HSUPA networks at 900/2100MHz or 850/1900MHz.
